Job Description
1/ Sourcing & Vetting + Acquisition of Agencies & Channels with Leads
- define project sourcing criteria & sign up speed with Growth team
- vet the projects from developers jointly with the Head and / or JEL teams
- part-taking in the negotiation process with Growth team
- devise acquisition plan to acquire Chinese sales agencies in China then World & channels with overseas property interests
2/ Sales Conversion
- devise strategies to boost transaction sales conversions with sound business model & incentive schemes for acquisitions & activation, budget & execution plans
- develop new business models / products / services in achieving the company’s business goals including but not limited to revenue and other specific KPIs
3/ Training, Relationship Management & Reporting
- train sales agencies on investment destinations and projects
- work with all Juwai teams to provide necessary support to the developers (via media sales), sales agencies & channel partners by fully utilizing Juwai’s resources by maximizing the Company’s revenue opportunities and cycle
4/ Across Team Operations
- Work with Experience team to on board developers’ projects onto JCAN
- Work with Marketing team to lay out OMO plans to push the projects on JCAN to sales agencies & channel partners
- Work with Customer Care (CC) team to manage sales agencies & channel partners
- Work with Finance team for timely payment collection from developers & commission settlements to sales agencies & channel partners
- Work with Digital team to continuously build up JCAN as a winning product for achieving the Company’s long-term biz goals
任职要求:
- Min. 8 years of real estate sales / agents / developer sales experience;
- China media sales experience especially digital and social media is a plus;
- Passionate in digital and use of data to devise sales strategies and planning. You should be smart, thoughtful, emotionally intelligent, and excited to bring out the best in fellow stakeholders;
- Experience should include demonstrated competence in various functional areas: coaching, training, employee relations, S&P agreement workflow & process, project evaluation; sales event management, etc.
- Has a people centric and aggressive work style;
- Ability to exercise good judgment and discretion - maintain confidentiality;
- Approachable and calm: Your presence is reassuring, and you can help people accomplish what is required by the business. You aren't afraid to weigh the options, influence decision making, and make recommendations. You accept change and are resilient, adapting to meet the nuanced needs of various partners;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally at all levels; excellent English is a must and fluent in Mandarin and/or Cantonese strongly preferred;
- Ability to engage, inspire and influence people across diverse groups and levels;
- Excellent team leadership skills and the ability to set goals and accomplish objectives.

- Ability to travel as needed.
