The Business Development Manager is experienced professional, responsible to
provides potential customers with a thorough description of a proposed
HPC/SDI/Storage/Edge solutions to a customer need.  Identifies competitive
advantages of Lenovo Data Center Group DCI/SDI/HPC solutions over competitor
products/offerings. Includes all necessary data for the customer to fully
evaluate the proposal.

Responsibility:
• Supports and manages Channel partners through sales channel planning,
developing and tracking channel planning, developing long-term competitiveness
and building strategic partnerships.
• Support the efforts of field sales teams in fulfilling their
responsibilities to sell and install Lenovo DCG DCI/SDI/HPC solutions.
• Effectively lead/conduct customer briefings and demonstrations to support
and optimize pre-sales activities
• Must be a highly motivated self-starter and should possess strong
organizational, leadership, and written/oral communications skills.
• Analyzes sales situations, anticipates potential problems and future trends
and how to address the problems systematically to develop business
effectively.
• Ability to work independently with minimum of supervision

#### Position Requirements:


• At least 15 years Sales/BDM working experience with multinational company,
highly related in data center business is preferred.
• BA degree or above
• Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal communication skills are essential
for all internal and external interactions
• Provide leadership/mentorship to all levels of management on related
problems and issues
• Hi-Tech/MFG experience/knowledge is a plus
• Familiar with DCI/SDI/HPC ecosystems.
