Responsibilities:
\\?Assist the management team in the preparation of the business plan and conduct ongoing strategic planning for business unit in effort to keep marketing efforts focused.
\\?Internal and external communication, client relationship management and public relations.
\\?Identify opportunities for submittals, responses, interviews, presentations, and related activities.
\\?Manage and support proposal preparation, including creating and presenting PowerPoint presentations.
\\?Be responsible for ensuring document and presentation quality and consistency with marketing and branding efforts.
\\?Perform secondary research, and monitor industry-related information sources for broad-based marketing and business implications.
\\?Analyze data related to past, current and prospective markets, and be regarded as a primary resource for information.
Requirements:
\\? Bachelor or Master degree in English/Commerce/Engineering/Business Administration/Science and Industrial (S&I)/ Energy/Water & waste/Planning/Sustainability etc
\\? 10 years’ relevant business development or marketing experience.
\\? Familiar with the China property market, with excellent skills in bilingual (English and Chinese)communication and public relations.
\\? Applicants should be highly self-motivated, mature, and responsible.
\\? Able to work under pressure and time limitation, a team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
