As the leading provider of internships in China, we work with over 400 companies in Beijing,Shanghai, Shenzhen and Sanya to provide students and graduates the opportunity to further their personal and professional development in a dynamic international setting. We are now looking to recruit someone to join the Business Development Team to enhance and develop partnerships with local companies.

Key responsibilities
• Responsible for identifying potential host partners, developing databases, utilising different sales techniques to secure meetings.
• In charge of all communications with our partner host companies.
• Maintaining and developing our partnerships with host companies
• Liaison with the Program Management team to fix any company-intern disputes/difficulties.
• Using partnerships to place our interns, obtain invitation letters, and generate more partnerships.
• In charge of Host Company marketing through monthly newsletters and Host Company Events.

Requirements
Minimum BA level education;
Native English Speaker
Honest, detail-oriented, reliable, friendly;
Organized, motivated, self-starter;
Excellent social and communication skills.

Work Hours:
5 days per week
