Job Description
Duties:
Facilitates the growth of the business, both by generating new business opportunities and by enhancing existing client relationships
Employs strong discovery skills to uncover the key business pains of our clients
Investigates the economic conditions such as industry trends and competition
Attends workshops, trade shows, and seminars to keep up-to-date on changes in the industry
Identifies opportunities for campaigns, services and distribution channels
Locates or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities
Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies
Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations
Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
Pursues sales leads and prospective clients, building client relationships, delivering presentations and proposals,
Maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions
Creates an understanding of the challenges facing the industry at present

Requirements:
Bachelor degree in business administration majoring sales and marketing
3+ years of sales and marketing experience in China
Client orientated mindset, ability to adjust quickly to customer needs
Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
Outstanding ability to sell, excellent negotiation-, closing- and follow-up skills
Ability to prioritize opportunities, overcome obstacles, obtain results
Keen interest in market trends and thorough knowledge of marketplace and competitors
Self-motivated personality with ability to work independently and systematically
Outstanding communication (verbal and written), both in English and German, Chinese is a plus
Excellent presentation, listening and consulting skills are vital
Sufficient computer skills
This position may require extensive travel
