Job Description
The Role
The Business Development Manager will play an integral role in establishing market share for Feitian in global business.
Responsibilities
1、 Discover, qualify and develop opportunities.
2、Motivate internal and external staff/resources to focus on desired business outcomes.
3、 Work with sales support to provide timely proposals to customers.
4、Manage, escalate and resolve technical or contractual issues.
5、Develop effective prospecting strategies to target new customers in order to identify need and areas where we can
add value.
6、Leverage existing customers and use reference sites to support the campaign to bring in new name business.
7、 Maintain awareness of industry sector and technological advances.
8、 Partnering with Feitian internal stakeholders (technical, marketing and business development teams) to develop
compelling solutions for current and prospective customers.
Qualifications
Education
1、Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field required. Master's degree strongly preferred.
2、4 or more years of progressive experience in successful sales and business development roles, preferably in the
international market.
Skills
1、Excellent listening, written and communication skills.
2、 Have knowledge of embedded software, semiconductor engineering design, validation, verification, testing processes
and tools.
3、 Ability to connect with senior decision makers in the customer organization.
4、 Good knowledge of semiconductor industry ‐ such as markets, trends, opportunities, services business.
5、Good knowledge of engineering services outsourcing industry ‐ such as engagement models, governance, project
governance.
6、Experience of working amicably and extensively with multiple groups and global teams (including offshore/offsite)
7、 Demonstrate excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills.
8、Ability to handle commercial and familiarity with legal transactions.
9、Proven ability to develop and implement a strategic plan focused on securing new name business.
10、Demonstrable track record of sales overachievement.
11、Proven ability to present effectively at board level.
12、 A genuine interest and technical curiosity for IT security solution.
