The iQ Group Global is evolving at a rapid rate and we now require an experienced professional to come on board and head up our Greater China team.
The role requires someone who is ambitious, motivated, confident and thrives on challenges, and is willing to move upwards to Chief Representative position.
We require at least six years of solid experience within the finance industry, preferably in sales or business development with solid business development track record. The successful candidate will have excellent presentation skills as a public presenter, and be fluent in both English and Chinese.

Main responsibilities:
Execute the business development needs of the iQ Group Global across the Greater China region
Identify, build and maintain long lasting strategic relationships in the Greater China region
Educate the target investor segments in the Greater China region about the biotech sector and raise the market awareness of the iQ Group Global’s innovative financial products in the biotech sector
Strategise and lead investor roadshows and conference across Greater China region
Present the iQ Group Global on various industry events and conferences to promote iQ’s thought leadership across the Greater China region
Prepare relevant presentations, fact sheets, Q&A docs for Chinese version and maintain the content updates for Chinese website
In conjunction with the Head of Investor Relations APAC to execute the communication, social media and media strategy across Greater China region

We require the successful candidate to be:
Honest and trustworthy
A University degree in finance or finance related discipline is a must, overseas education background is a plus
excellent presentation skills as a public presenter
Adaptable and able to work in a demanding and unpredictable environment within a virtual team
Exceptional communication skills and interpersonal skills, be confident in engaging with people at all levels
Willing to travel frequently across Greater China
High-energy personality with goal-oriented approach to projects
Strategic thinker, high level of attention to detail
Self-starter, motivated, collaborative
