Our client is an outstanding architectural design practice in Hong Kong with hundreds of passionate architects and designers handling major building projects, from feasibility studies to design documentation and construction. The types of projects currently undertaken by our client include a large-scale residential project, prestigious office, mixed-use commercial development, international hospitality, government, institutional, and health care projects, together with educational and industrial buildings, apartments and private residences. 

Responsibilities:

• To work on consultancy proposals and professional service contracts;
• Maintain and develop relations with their Clients and Consultants;
• To participate in business development strategies. 

Requirements:

• University Graduate in Architecture, Quantity Surveying or related discipline with exposure to Marketing;
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in professional firms or construction companies;
• Excellent spoken & written English, Chinese, including Mandarin;
• Outgoing, creative, passionate and a good team player with good communication, coordination and organization skills;
• Immediate availability is preferred.
