Achieve annual sales target by
1) Developing new channels (online to offline) to capture sales opportunities,
2) Renew contracts with existing accounts (negotiate for higher targets),
3) Work with customers & business partners to gain resources, and work with internal functions to gain support, in order to deliver sales target
4) Maintain good relationship with customers / business partners in order to get first hand news on opportunities
5) protect our brand image at different platform
KPI:
a) Sales
b) Balance sales with Brand (not over discounting)
c) Maximize ROI
d) # of new channels (brand visibility)
