Job Description

PrimeXM is a leading Fintech provider focusing on providing cutting-edge liquidity aggregation, order routing and execution, ultra-low-latency connectivity, institutional grade hosting solutions and MT4/MT5 Bridging and White Label solutions. A new rapidly growing business arm for PrimeXM represents the hosting and network connectivity solutions and services offered to financial institutions.


The Business Development Manager for Hosting & Connectivity is responsible for the growth of this new business arm, independent of the company’s established technology solutions.


The successful candidate will be liaising with management to drive projects and business forward, building partnerships, external introducers, and identifying business development opportunities for new and existing clients. The incumbent must develop a strong understanding of PrimeXM's services and client setups. To identify potential needs of the clients, which can be satisfied through our offering.


Main Responsibilities

  • Grow the company’s client base and revenues from the products offering
  • Develop and explore business opportunities through ownnetwork
  • Meet regular sales targets and coordinate sales projects
  • Develop new business ideas and enhance our offering by workingtogether with the tech teams
  • Identify new business opportunities with the existing clients
  • Engage and work with external introducers, and maintain goodrelationships with partners
  • Prepare accurate sales documentation and product descriptionof our services
  • Liaise with Marketing team to help the company’s brandbuilding, drive marketing campaigns focused on areas of interest
  • Support marketing activities by attending trade shows,conferences and other marketing events
  • Maintain a solid understanding of PrimeXM’s Hosting &Connectivity offering


Required Skills

  • 5 years’ market experience in a similar business developmentrole is essential
  • Proven track of sales skills
  • Ability to demonstrate a detailed understanding of solutionselling
  • Ability to build relationships quickly and effectively
  • Great communication skills
  • Sound judgement and good business sense
  • Strong organization skills, ability to prioritize differenttasks quickly
  • Results driven and self-motivated
  • Fluent written and spoken English
