工作职责:

?Report the business status, developing strategy, master plan to HQ, and cooperate with HQ deeply about the specified products improvement features and competition status.

?Take the responsibility of product business growth in all focused industries: Intralogistics, Packaging, Automotive, Machine Tools, Lab automation, and other emerging industries; the responsibility including the target setting, business development strategies and sales status report, etc;

?Involve Product price setting issue, focus on key project business and support the special discount approval;

?Cooperate with Marketing department to promote Product on trade show, customer seminars and other key marketing activities;

?Filtering Opportunity List; generating internal training materials; recording Won/Lost project and archiving successful story reference;

?Identify the new market trend, competitor weakness, and new application chance for Product business future growth;

?Product competitor’s analysis, market transparency and potential forecast.

任职资格:

?Product knowledge background (automation knowledge background, encoder, RFID, inductive sensors, device accessories, and other automation products);

?Customer/result -oriented, with excellent communication and negotiation skill.

?Fluent English language both in oral and written is must;

?Conscientious, responsible, self-motivated, adaptability, Integrity;

?Can go to business trip often.
