Job Scope
1、 Responsible for the management of marketing team, training and upgrading.
2、 Responsible for the business development nationwide. Cooperating partners: foreign-funded enterprises, joint-ventures and high-quality domestic enterprises. Mainly for European, American, Japanese and German enterprises.
3、 Responsible for corporate marketing work to enhance corporate reputation
4、 To participate in business decision-making
5、 Responsible for the development of long-term, medium and annual business plan, objectives and specific implantation of program, and is responsible for supervision.
6、 Responsible for selection of branch location and formation of the marketing team.
7、 Responsible for the continuous optimization of market performance appraisal program to encourage the team to better achieve business objectives
8、 Responsible for the management of company social media profiles, e.g. Website, WeChat, Weibo and etc.
9、 Establishment, improvement and continuous optimization of the various departmental standards, systems and processes.
10、 Responsible for specific business development duties

12、 Investment projects in China
13、 Consultation and business services for planned foreign investment projects
14、 Consultation and management services for foreign projects with Chinese cooperation in China

3、 Rich experiences in business development
4、 Skills and experiences with a variety of marketing tools
5、 Good team management and execution ability
6、 Able to develop systems, standards and norms with implementation capacity
