Key Responsibilities

-          Lead and/or support the development of Enterprise Services and Digitalization business opportunities in alignment with the Head of Country /Group of Countries

-          Lead and/or support new business development within the frame of the Healthcare Quadruple Aim, developing necessary knowldge in the organization. Drive relationships with key healthcare stakeholders and decision makers in the Country/Group of Countries

-          Lead and/or support long term strategic planning, collaboration and innovation activities with customers and partners. Act as liason manager with key stake holders as Universities, Innovations Centers, Government, Associations and Chambers of Commerce

-          Lead and coordinate all government affairs and policies activities (e.g. market access plans) for the GoC. Support the scouting of additional or non conventional financing options (e.g. IFIs & Grants)

-          Leverage macroeconomic analysis, drive higher level of understanding inside the organization regarding macroeconomic implications for the business

-          Develop recurring communication channels and collaboration with Government, guilds and associations

-          Drive higher level of knowledge and understanding inside the organization about health management, chronical / most expensive disease treatment, clinical –ologies, etc.

-          Drive and develop new business models (e.g. Strategic Partnerships with Health Insurance Companies to select critical clinical pathways and optimize them through Integration Partnerships with Healthcare Providers and other Suppliers)

-          Actively promote, participate and facilitate the sharing of information within the LAM organization to ensure constant alignment, in all activities, with the corporate and LAM strategy, avoiding any kind of silo working or loss of synergies.

Requirements:

English-Portuguese, High Level

More than 5 years’ experience

Experience in the Healthcare market and business Portfolio knowledge (own and competitor's) will be privileged

Support the Head of Country preparing the organization for mid- and long term business requirements, enabling the execution of the corporate strategy in Latin America, increasing customer centricity and elevating customer relationships, from transactional to strategic, to ensure profitable growth.

Your qualifications and experiences:

We are looking for healthcare professional with a proactive and passionate attitude for health care. Candidates with broad working experience in health insurance companies and deep knowledge of the Brazilian health system will be preferred for this position. Expertise in population health management incl. statistics analysis and decision making is required, as well as the experience in design, marketing and sell of health program management based on corresponding reimbursement processes.
