The job duties include:

• Plan and execute business development plans for all company products and services, including pursuit of strategic opportunities, development of marketing plans, organization of company events, sales management, clients visits and deal closing;
• Develop and maintain client and partnership networks, including attendance to professional events and provision of relevant inputs to company strategy development;
• Assist in the research and development of pioneering products and services related to sustainability strategy and corporate training, climate competence, low-carbon economy and green finance;
• Assist in the facilitation of company service related talks, workshops and training sessions in Hong Kong, Mainland China or overseas.

The successful candidate shall possess the following skills & attributes:

• At least 5 years of solid working experience in business development and marketing, preferably in the area of professional services related to sustainability/ the environment or corporate consultancy / training;
• Tertiary education in business, marketing, environmental / sustainability studies or other relevant disciplines;
• An understanding of marketing practices in HK and China;
• Passion and interest in climate and sustainability issues and trends, local and global;
• Excellent presentation, communication and analytical skills;
• Result-oriented, flexible and willing to grow with the Company;
• Able to work independently, but also a good team player;
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese & Putonghua;
• Experience in developing and marketing services for listed companies and large organisations is a definite advantage;
• Computer skills in data analysis and presentation & design software a bonus.
