1. Report to Head of Business Development and Hub Head
2. Organize meetings with clients to understand client's brief - Coordinate and prepare local & international Request for Proposals and Tender documents
3. Facilitate business development meetings across the local business line for cross selling opportunity.
4. To develop new businesses for the company and maintain the effective relationships with existing clients by nurturing the relations
5. To lead the sales pitch and presentation with the project team
6. To maintain Company’s electronic marketing and business development database
职位要求：
1. University Graduate preferably in Interior Design, Urban Planning or related discipline
2. Min. 6 years of working experience in business development, client management or related fields
3. Proficiency computer software skills in Adobe CS & MS Office
4. Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese/ Putonghua) is preferred
5. A team player with excellent communication and coordination skills
6. Immediate availability is an advantage
