Position Title:Business Development Manager
Reports to: Commercial Director

Job Summary:
The Business Development Manager’s main responsibilities are developing & executing a sustainable growth strategy for labeling segment in China, managing products, packaging, pricing and promotions related to DYMO business aligned with global strategies, working with distributors and top accounts for assigned channels, areas, also collecting and feedback the situation and competition of labeling category to the company. The key objective for this role is to grow DYMO business together with Writing sales & marketing team, build and maintain the network of distributors & top accounts that to achieve sales and financial targets.

Job Duties:
  • Follow the route-to-market strategy for high quality distribution, meet the annual sales target and standard margin targets. Build and maintain a good business network with different level distributors & key accounts via conducting annual business plan, daily operation, business review to ensure the target distribution, the best class execution in terms of pricing/display/assortment and promotion management
  • Strategy development & project management. Understand local market and global strategies to develop China business plan of DYMO. Manage new product development, packaging adaptation and promotion plan development for China. (covering Japan, HK,TW at project base)
  • Work with DYMO Marketing team to have annual A&P plan and review and track the plan with best ROI
  • Work closely with Supply Chain functions to have the good forecast plan and service rate

Qualifications:
  • University Degree
  • Strong related business Sales & Marketing management and distributor management experience, knowledge and skills
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in Stationary, Labeling or FMCG industry multinational company
  • 2 years above people management & distributor management experience
  • >30% traveling required
  • Verbal and written English communication skills.
