• Degree holder or equivalent qualification with excellent in written& spoken English & Mandarin;
• At least 5 years substantial sales experience, preferably incorporate real estate or interior design industry;
• Ability to develop and expand of franchising business;
• High energy with a strong desire to create dramatic growth forthe firm;
• Desire to work in a team environment;
• Good cold calling skills, able to achieve sales target;
