Job Description
To manage and grow the portfolio of product and services that are offered at SingPost omni-channels, i.e. post offices and SAM kiosks, web and mobile, with the objective of increasing revenue
PROSPECTING & NEGOTIATION
- Identify new opportunities and/or innovate new service offerings
- Client meetings to gather requirements
- Work with internal stakeholders on client’s requirements and assess feasibility
- Identify cost elements for project and structure business model/pricing proposal
- Establish good rapport with clients in order to ensure healthy and constant pipeline of projects to meet division’s revenue target
IMPLEMENTATION & COORDINATION
- Manage the project timeline and work closely with internal stakeholders to execute contract
- Ensure that necessary sign off is done for every new project in order to ensure that project is launched successfully.
ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT & SERVICING
- Develop market strategy to strengthen relationship with existing clients and increase service penetration and retention
- Monitor and evaluate the financial and operational health of assigned portfolio
- Follow-up on clients’ enquiries and enhancement requests
- Support SingPost transformation projects - Liaise with clients on migration to new systems in order to ensure that existing partners will continue to renew and expand business with SingPost.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree; preferably business related fieldAt least 3 years’ experience in business development or sales and interfacing with key decision-makers
- Track record of success in sales, business development and/or key account management
- Effective negotiation and influencing skill
- Sound understanding of financial fundamentals
- Results oriented and resilience
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
