Job Description

  • Lead a team of sales representatives to develop sales operation plan, and monitor it is properly executed
  • Formulate sales strategies/tactics to ensure sales goals and targets are achieved
  • Explore new business source, identify potential and realize gain from it
  • Set individual targets with sales team
  • Tracking sales goals and achievement, report results as necessary
  • Systematically review and analyze sales record to look for improvement areas
  • Co-work with trade marketing team or other departments to prepare for best execution at consumer touchpoints
  • Review customer contractor or sales document when necessary
  • Provide field coaching/training to new representative. Supervision/specific projects may also be part of the job responsibility depending on the specific needs of the Division.
  • Ensure all activities in territory are executed with professionalism and comply with the Company standards and Code of Conduct.

 

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Business Administration or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience with at least 3 years for the level of Sales Supervisor. Experience in FMCG, Health Care, Beauty or Comestic industry is preferred,
  • Excellent presentation with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive mindset and result-oriented, independent with strong self-initiative
  • Energetic and outgoing character, to be a good team player
  • Immediately available is preferred
  • Working Location: Shek Mun, Shatin (near MTR station)
