About the role Mission / Position Headline Manages business development activities, aligns sales strategies and grows business opportunities from new and existing market segments and channels for the assigned Exports market. Areas of Responsibility * Be responsible for assigned business targets for the year and strive to meet the same. * Plans for and ensures the implementation of business strategies for assigned Export markets/ International customers. Keep regular track of the progress on each strategy and strive for the positive results. * Contributes to the continual growth of Exports business through development of new customers/ new markets (Homologation activities) * Maintain qualitative Market data and opportunities in Sales tool. Regular reviews of the sales tool report. * Promote EA product portfolio to customers through Presentations vide Seminars, Webinars * Plans for Order Intake forecast for every month for the assigned Export markets and ensure meeting the same. * Possess Market Intelligence wrt Market trends, product portfolio, market segment, competition from the assigned International market * Contributes to various projects with a strategic perspective to win * Conduct Monthly business reviews with the RC colleagues from assigned Export market to ensure meeting monthly order intake FC. * Develop partner network * Perform MIS activity * Continual development of credentials in terms of building supply references and performance certificates of the past product supplies WE’VE GOT QUITE A LOT TO OFFER, HOW ABOUT YOU?
