Job Description
We are a professional trade show, event and exhibition booth contractor in China with a German heritage and over twelve years of experience in the exhibition industry. Founded in 2009 and based in Shanghai, we provide clients from all over the world with some of the most innovative and attractive custom made exhibition stand designs found on the exhibition market today.

Our clients come from different industries. We are working with Siemens, Canon, Heraeus, NBA, Bosch, Philips, BMW, Haier, Huawei, Kodak, Nikon, Trumpf, Hörmann, Afcona to name just a few. From fairs, exhibitions and general meetings to interior solutions and other events, we are fully capable and competent in designing and constructing exhibition stands from 9 to 10.000 sqm big.

We are currently looking for a motivated candidate who would join our small but very effective team and contribute significantly to the ongoing expansion of our business both within and beyond the Chinese borders.


Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintaining relationships with the existing clients and acquiring new clients through face to face meetings, visiting expos and other business events, making phone calls, emails, etc.;
• Developing a solid and trusting relationship with clients and landing projects with them;
• Developing a complete understanding of clients’ needs, communicating their needs to the relevant team members from different departments;
• Managing communications between key clients and internal teams when necessary;
• Working with sales, design and project management teams dedicated to the same client account to ensure the highest quality of services are being provided and all client needs are met;
• Maintain market knowledge of the exhibition industry and trends at all time;
• Supporting team members as needed.


Requirements and Qualifications

• Goal-oriented, organized team player, self-motivated and self-directed;
• Excellent communication (verbal and written), people and social skills. Great negotiation skills are considered to be an advantage;
• Working knowledge of the company is English. Knowledge of other languages (including Chinese) is considered to be an advantage;
• At least a basic understanding of world known companies and their position in the industry (can also be easily gained during the work);
• Experience and knowledge of the Exhibition/Events industry considered an asset;
• Eager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territories;
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or relevant field;
• Needs to meet all the requirements for work and residence permit process;
• At least 2 years of work experience in sales, management, key account management (preferred but not conditional);
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel skills).
