Job Description
The Position

Develop The Business Plan And Implement Business Developments For The Solar Markets Assigned To This Position With Existing Products
To identify and realize (new) business opportunities in existing or new sub-markets and develop the concepts to sell into these markets against maximum value.
To conduct marketing pull by partnering or engaging end solar customers in an efficient and structured way.
Investigation on performance and value proposition of selected products in end solar module and field areas, and preparation of such investigation reports to management for technological and business assessment.
To identify and cooperate with EPC/system companies and get engaged in such projects with selected products.

Develop Solar Markets With Newly Introduced Solar Materials
To strategically partner with leading solar companies for performance verification, improvements and even joint developments;
To partner with key stakeholders throughout value chain to ensure fast technical approvals and market penetration;
To collaborate with technical and R&D team to deliver solid proposal for improving or tuning material offerings by leveraging customer and industrial needs;
To initiate and support on Business Planning for these new solar materials.

Project Management For Projects In The Relevant Market Segments
To conclude partnership, licensing and supply agreements in close cooperation with DSM licensing and legal affairs
To coordination of the work done by R&D, technology, Business Intelligence
To support on new defined projects from Business Development and market perspective to transfer from feasibilities into ‘running’ business
Build and maintain a network of internal and external contacts/sources and advise management on market and technology developments.

The Ideal

Knowledge Of And Experience In The Solar Industry Or In The Relevant Value Chains
Know-how on industry and markets, in-depth know-how about solar module and solar field applications
Knowledge and experience in business development
Knowledge of and experience in other relevant disciplines:
