Job Description
The company focus on providing multinational clients with IT total solutions and services nationwide, covering consultancy & project management, system integration and IT professional service. We are hoping to expand our resources in view of increased business demand.

Position: BD manager

Location:Shanghai & Beijing

Job description:

- Plan and direct all aspects of the organization's business development policies, objectives, and initiatives. Be responsible for developing new market initiatives, assessing new markets, and analyzing business opportunities.
- Develop and lead the implementation of strategies which will shape future business delivery and provide the best possible service and information to the customer.
- Aggressively identify, prioritize and manage corporate relationships with a targeted set of Channel Partners and Strategic Alliances in such areas as Building Management, Property Leasing Consultants,Renovation & Design Companies, Office Furniture Companies, ISP, Equipment Vendors, Embassies and Chambers to create measurable and tangible business results for the company.
- Accountable for licensing initiatives and programs; duties include negotiating contracts, initiating proposals, and closing deals
- Review market analyses to determine customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates.
- Conduct financial feasibility studies and develop proposals for new business opportunities.
- Attend and participate in sales and partner meetings, product seminars and trade shows.
Requirements:

- At least two years of prior experience in successful BD & sales work in the IT business.
- Candidate must be highly motivated, ambitious and possess good team spirit.
- Native English, German and French speakers or or Chinese candidates with excellent English proficiency.
