To find out more about us check: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=baa_aiJ4L7E As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible to deliver sustainable revenue growth for Mid Voltage (MV) assemblies portfolio in accordance to Eaton's goals in the EMEA region. Build credible market presence for MV assembly products in utility and renewable markets. Your main responsibilities: Deliver revenue growth as per profit plan for MV assemblies in selected territory. Identify target and promote offerings within targeted Strategic accounts. Develop and nurture relationships with industry key decision makers. Direct responsibility for developing large projects in target segments for MV products in Germany. Responsible for building the pipeline and closing revenue according to growth plans Attend regional technical and commercial events. Present and demonstrate MV solutions. Supporting, coordinating and guiding our sales activity in the target segments Building Eaton’s image in the segments: Lead the effort to increase Eaton’s visibility with end users and to establish Eaton’s credibility as a provider of engineered systems. A key focus will be on getting Eaton products added to AVL’s in these specialized segments. Deliver segment value proposition messages: Deliver the compelling story of why customers should do more business with Eaton rather than our competition. This message needs to be captured in sales presentations and collateral material as well as personally conveyed by the segment BDM to customers and to our selling resources. Account selection: In agreement with local management and SA&A organization, identify and target specific accounts. Clearly define the account strategy and penetration plan. Demonstrate tenacity in meeting customer's requirements together with an ability to influence both internally and externally to deliver an excellent service. Qualifications Your essential skills we are looking for: Bachelor’s in electrical engineering (or similar) with additional Business Administration and Sales education preferred. Min. 3 years’ experience in sales and business development with Mid Voltage devices, DNO network is preferred. A strong background in the utilities or renewables segment preferred, large industry segments possible Demonstrate knowledge of the assigned market & channels including competitor’s information.
