Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with Developer, Consultant, Main Contractor and Management Office to reach out for business opportunities
• Conduct marketing research and explore new business opportunities
• Conduct sales activities to generate quotations, pitch and complete tender bids
• Provide technical advice and solutions to clients
• Attend site meeting and project site-visit, if necessary

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Engineering or Marketing disciplines 
• 3 to 5 years of Curtain Wall, Façade System Maintenance Services experience
• Good business sense and market trend with digital marketing & transformation exposure is an advantage
• Good negotiation, interpersonal and presentation skills, sense of commercial thinking
• Knowledge of Hong Kong construction standard and practice (i.e. fire code, building code etc.) is preferable
• PC knowledge in Microsoft Office is required, excellent skills in making business proposal and presentation material
• Good communication skill and good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Hardworking, initiative, independent and able to work well under pressure
