The Business Development Manager for this role would be:
• Responsible for ANZ accessories business development in commercial segments,
covers both SMB Channels, eComm and Relationship customers.
• Maintain product competitiveness and sustain biz growth of accessories in
ANZ
• Under AP organization and work closely with ANZ local team to drive the
accessories business.
• Provide necessary support / insight to ANZ channel and REL sales forces as
the subject matter expert.
• Provide the input, market insight to product owners for product planning and
definition including market analysis, product positioning, value proposition,
definition of features and product launch plan, forecast etc.
• Support product owners to drive end to end product management execution from
concept phase to plan, development, launch, sustaining and EOL.
#### Position Requirements:
• Bachelor degree or above in business management studies.
• Minimum 10 years in business development experience in commercial market is
required, accessories related experiences are preferable.
• Proficient in being able to sell the value of Accessories & associated
solutions vs. competitor products/services; understands technology & able to
articulate the practical application/contribution to customers’ requirements.
• Keen to focus on customer needs (knows how to connect with customers) with
exceptional focus on business analytical skills.
• Ability to build effective “virtual” teams and drive results through others
in a complex cross-functional organization required. Strong negotiation and
influencing skills required, as well as an ability to interact effectively
with high level decision makers/executives.
• Able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Superior verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of business customers, channels partners.
• Entrepreneurial self-starter; excels at superior unsupervised execution.
• Understanding of the requirements of commercial customers in Australia and
New Zealand.
• Result-oriented and logical thinking.
