Job Description
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales Strategy & Management (90%)
- Responsible for driving sales by acquiring and maximizing revenue within new and returning clients / Responsible for hitting quota and performing KPIs, in alignment with Region/Market plans & Integrated Solutions plan/roadmap (45%)
- Manages markets and prioritizes focus on Named Targets which meet a specific criteria based on the qualities of key accounts / Acts as an intake for leads on new client opportunities, acts in an account management function in the early stages of sales, and facilitate a handoff to local CD team, where appropriate / Leverages available lead generation and qualification tools and approaches to improve target account penetration, opportunity size, win rates, and overall sales to net new (35%)
- Supports compliance to all corporate policies, expectations, data system and SFDC usage, etc. (20%)
- Executes and supports account planning & forecasting activities, as appropriate, in support of enterprise and regional objectives
- Supports integration of enterprise & cross-functional initiatives across account portfolio, including account planning, forecasting and budgeting standardized and best practices
- Contributes to RGP continuous improvement through contribution to account-related case-studies, collateral and thought leadership and the identification of client and market trends relevant for future RGP opportunities & solutions
OUTCOMES (DESIRED END RESULT)
- Achieve sales quotas to meet target revenue bookings and billings.
- Ongoing onboarding of new, high-value, strategic clients with multiple key relationships and wide product penetration
- Healthy pipeline with strong product diversity
- Bill rates focus on premium /Project Plus work
- Win rate of contracts / proposals submitted to clients exceeds established target threshold
- KPI include: prospecting activities per day, sales meeting per week, quota in pipeline, new opportunities generated (# and $), Active account plans on focus accounts, lead response time, active engagement and follow up on marketing campaigns, sales process compliance via SFDC

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- A sales professional with 8+ years in direct sales position
- Previous business development experience with Fortune 500 (global) type organizations
- Proven success in creating revenue and managing an account
- Experience selling professional services within large account preferred; strong capacity for networking and generating lasting business relationshipsDemonstrated experience consistently achieving sales targets and performance KPIs.
- Experience selling services in in a B2B environment, ideally in a professional services or consulting-related industry
- B.A. /B. S. / Advanced degree preferred
- Good command of written English, fluent in verbal English is preferred
