Based in South China, you will be responsible for planning and executing business development strategies. As you work closely with Senior Management in consolidating suitable marketing directions, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities from active partnership account and your industry connection, to driving and implementing the Groups strategy of winning high profile design projects. It will be key to demonstrate your skills on stakeholder management and strategic planning.

To be considered for the role, you will be degree qualified in business development, marketing or design profession with over 8 years of relevant industry experience. Strong connections with property developers in the region will be highly advantageous. Ability to communicate in English and Chinese is preferred but not essential.
