This person will lead the Lenovo Legion gaming business in India. You are the
visionary business driver and passionate evangelist responsible for growing
the Lenovo Legion brand with consumers and partners. We seek a highly
disciplined, self-driving individual who is also a rock-solid team player that
fully embraces being out of the comfort zone.
\- Own the Lenovo Legion gaming category in India, inclusive of Legion gaming
devices, services, accessories, peripherals.
\- Drive Gaming category product management in collaboration with India
Consumer team’s product, sales and marketing teams.
\- Own the topline and bottom line for the category, responsible for driving
growth in revenue, profit and market share.
\- Engage business and alliance partners on all gaming-related matters to
drive industry growth.
\- Provide gaming marketing and community guidance to the team and be the
company’s official spokesperson on gaming.
\- Support product training to drive customer success.
#### Position Requirements:
\- 5 years minimum experience in consumer product management or sales roles
with proven business growth numbers.
\- Mastery of product and sales management processes and operations –
forecasting, product lifecycle, promotions, training, point-of-sale
strategies.
\- Strong track record in the retail and ecommerce consumer space.
\- Possesses clarity in the different approaches of selling hardware, software
and services.
\- Excellent public speaking skills to engage customers in any scenario.
\- Deep expertise in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and modern business
apps.
\- Must have strong grasp of the gaming hardware and software industry,
esports and community engagement.
\- Actual experience in gaming industry roles is not required.
