Job Description
The Ideal candidate is:
- Native German
- Excellent skills in English (Chinese is a plus)

- Strong capacity of listening and understanding the customer's needs

After the recruitment process, the mission will be:
- To learn about the company, the quality process, the different aspects of LCI
- To step into the German community by networking, attending events, phoning and mailing missions in order to find new customers
- To go to the exhibitions in Shanghai and canvass companies
- To organize the follow-up of their actions and projects
- To strengthen the relationship with the current German and foreign customers
- To make reports of the commercial activity every week, and to plan the following prospects
- To learn about project management (coordination of the projects in translation, training)
Beginning: December 2014
Salary: fix negotiable + commission based on sales
Working days: from Monday to Friday
Job proposition after probation period: VIE (if applicable)
