Our client is an award winning interior design consultancy with projects portfolio in Hong Kong, China and Macau. Due to project expansion, they are now looking for a Business Development Manager to join their young, creative and international working environment.
The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of interior design / architecture/ fitting out / building material relationships with a proven track record. The Business Development Manager is responsible for developing new business opportunities and managing relationships with clients, project managers and developer
Prerequisites + Qualifications

Design/ Architecture consultancy experience is highly appreciated

Focus on developing and maintaining strong relationship with existing and new clients

Create design strategies and engage clients to increase business growth by delivering sales presentations and preparing business proposal

Understand the requirements of clients to ensure their needs are being met

Coordinate closely with design a team during each phase of the project & implementation process

Self-motivated and able to work under pressure; Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills

Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin will be an advantage
