Job Description
Our client, a Japanese service provider, is seeking for a high-calibre business development professional to join their team in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and use of social media
- Develop and maintain good relationship between potential clients as well as existing clients
- Set up meetings with potential clients to understand their business concerns
- Prepare and deliver tailored presentations to promote company's Internet exchange service
- Negotiate and close deals
- Liaise with operation team to ensure delivery schedule is met
- Handle complaints from clients
- Review sales figures frequently and prepare sales report
- Participate in exhibitions and industry conferences
- Frequent business trip is expected
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above
- 5 years sales experience with proven record in telecommunication/ICT industry
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English. Japanese or Chinese is not a must but an advantage
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Independent and self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Fast learner with passion for sales
