Job Description
Product management:
1. Defining a new smart lighting / IoT system and with controllers, light-fixtures, sensors and system components, from idea to market.
2. Finding innovative and value adding product- and system features for new products.
3. Brief to marketing designers and communicate with R&D team for products' development.
4. Create content for presentations, system descriptions, documentations, product flyer and user manuals.
Marketing:
1. Develop marketing content with selected partners: videos, photos, flyers, website, social media, etc.
2. Prepare and attend fairs and exhibitions worldwide. Introduce Sycra to potential clients, partners and journalists
Market analytics:
1. Carrying out market studies and compare Sycra products with existing products on the market, finding price points and ways to improve Sycra products and get better USP`s (benchmarking)
2. Mid-term studies: realize competitors’ benchmarking and presentations about their activity/projects to enable sales and marketing teams to have up-to-date business information.
3. Identify market trends to develop new range of products or to help customers to improve their ideas
CRM:
1. Prepare system design presentations
2. Follow-up with exclusive clients and partners. Define offers (specs, price and schedule) for ODM projects.
3. Prospect new clients by attending networking and professional events. Collaboration with designers and sales people.
4. Set-up good practices and after-sales service. Answer daily to clients needing assistance.
5. Maintain corporate CRM system (create new leads, prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices etc. using Bitrix24 CRM).
Project management:
1. Following up product development projects
2. Following up marketing campaigns
3. Following up trade shows
Required skills
1. Positive minded and pro-active
2. Self-motivated, independent, and able to deliver under tight schedules
3. Good problem solving, communication, leading & negotiation skills
4. Strong expertise in IoT system / smart lighting industry (minimum 3 years)
5. Excellent English skills
6. Available for international business trips
7. Strong business acumen with the ability to identify trends, understand business drivers, and communicate findings and recommendations
8. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
The following skills and experiences are beneficial:
1. Technical engineering background
2. IoT system knowledge
3. Project management experience
4. Lighting design knowledge
