Job Description

·   Identify, assess, develop and manage new programs and new business opportunities for assigned area, leading to successful commercialization efforts.  Work with prospective brand owners to identify unmet needs, implement initiatives to meet those needs.  

·   Responsible for market study and analysis, identify market size, growth trend, competitor landscape, new growth engine.

·   Lead and manage priority growth projects. Lead teaming efforts (and project manage activities) that include R&D, manufacturing, quality and application development resources. 

·   Monitor and report on industry trends.  Incorporate knowledge of the industry to partner with Marketing to develop products, support materials and pricing recommendations. Partner with Sales to transition business development account activities during commercialization. 

·   Support Marketing on forecasting for your products and programs.

·   May establish pricing programs and strategies.  Secure optimum product positioning within target accounts.

Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s degree required. 

·       At least 5 years of commercial /business development experience, Lubricant, Home Care, or related Bottle Manufacture industry related candidates preferred

·       Direct brand owner management experience

·       Proven track record in building and maintaining customer relationships

·       Must be able to champion and drive new business ventures, establish new contacts..

·       Fluent in Mandarin and Business English

·         Knowledge in market & data analysis.

·       Open and innovative mindset to propose new ideas and actions
