Job Responsibilities:

• Meet, greet and deliver exceptional service to VIP Table Games player.
• Arrange hotel, transportation, offsite entertainments and other needs for VIP Table Games player.
• Regular Business Visitation.
• To encourage quality players to move their play to higher denomination zones.
• Must be an excellent face-to-face and telephone communicator.
• Able to demonstrate success and experience managing high-end customers.
• Monitors guest profitability to ensure comps are within established guidelines;
• Assist with the planning, execution and modifications of promotions, special events and tournaments.
• To visit VIP guest regularly to ensure their continue visitation and bring in referrals.
• Adherence to strict confidentiality.
• Performs other job-related duties as required by Management.
  

Job Requirements:

• At least two year hosting experience and one year experience in Sales area in Casino Marketing.
• University Graduates preferred.
• Fluent in English and/or Mandarin. With PC knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft office required.
• Must be mature, cautious and trustworthy.
• Like interacting with players, with good problem solving skills and able to resolve issues that may arise.
• Must have excellent team work spirit and able to work with other department as one team.
• 24 hours on call upon request.
• Must be highly self-motivated and work with others as a team, must have strong analytical/problem solving/decision making skills.
