Your main responsibilities: Support market launch execution developed for the LV MCC solutions, Support and coordinate effectiveness of sales and development LV MCC strategies including ensuring appropriate analysis and action plans which are in place, Identify sales development opportunities, elaborate, and implement appropriate development strategies to capture these opportunities with local and international owners investing in Poland, Help / Negotiate contracts with customers. Work with the legal department to prepare the contract. Ensure contract follow up, Implement actions requested by Customers through the visits follow up, Coordinate activities with Sales Manager for Industry& Infrastructure customers and prospects, according to agreed yearly objectives in relation to LV MCC solutions, Provide technical support for sales teams on the LV MCC solutions offered, Provide LV MCC technical support in the preparation of bids if requested, Represents teamwork approach to support solving technical LV MCC issues Ability to support LV MCC licensed sub-contractors, Ensure relevant impact of technical presentations, on site visits and marketing events, Manage market intelligence through the CRM tool, Represent Eaton in front of relevant Industry Associations, Anticipate new market trends regarding LV MCC and the ways to address them Qualifications Role Requirements: Able to work with a variety of stakeholders across a business that include public and private investors like state owned companies, privately owned companies in industry& infrastructure electrical segments, Interest in and excellent knowledge of the electrical sector, considering the latest developments resulting from the energy transition process in Poland, The position requires a good understanding of the Business-to-Project infrastructures ecosystem and ways to penetrate the market, Flexibility, resilience, proactivity and keep motivated for the long selling loops typical in industrial Business-to-Project environment, Accepts and holds self and team accountable for performance and results, Manages varying priorities and collaborates across teams, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as verbal and written communication skills and negotiation capabilities, Self-Motivated; Taste for challenges, Autonomous, Willingness to travel (50%) Your essential skills we are looking for: Bachelor of Science degree of Automation or Electrical, Is familiar with LV MCC electrical systems, 7+ years’ experience with specification selling B2P or LV MCC product management at the industrial& infrastructure electrical segment, MV electrical systems knowledge would be additional asset, Possesses driving license cat. B Fluency in Polish and English. What we offer to you: Stable employment based on full-time employment contract. First contract – yearly duration.
