To find out more about us check: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=baa_aiJ4L7E As Business Development Manager Services, you will be responsible for Services Sales activities for the Service Cluster Unit Central Europe. The main tasks are aftersales activities, realizing plan numbers, and positioning Eaton as a successful supplier for selected customers such as Data Centres, Distributed Energy Management (DEM) and Industries segments. Your main responsibilities: Directly responsible for meeting the sales objectives within assigned markets. Manage the selling process, including the RFQ and quotation stages. Be responsible for providing inputs to the departmental key metrics Write and present whitepapers, presentation at customer or sales events. Give an input to the Strategic Plan and the Product Roadmap Define and describe the segment Service Sales (Stratplan) and provide specific details about the customers’ requests, including specific tendering projects and sales opportunities. Perform specific defined additional sales activities outside the region, if necessary due to market environment changes or due to opportunities that fit Eaton’s strategy. Build and maintain a healthy project pipeline and review this monthly with the sales organization especially very close cooperation with PBP and OEM sales department Prepare and execute the sales plan as aligned with annual Profit plan figures and aligned with directions from the Manager Sales & Business Development and Service Cluster Manager. Qualifications Your essential skills we are looking for: Strong experience in service sales in an international B2B environment. Excellent knowledge of the switchgear products (400V-36kV), Automations and Drives, applications and understanding of distribution grids and its key products in the related segments. Bachelor’s in electrical engineering (or similar) with additional Business Administration and Sales education preferred. Demonstrate knowledge of the assigned market & channels including competitor’s information.
