職責要求
- Develop existing and new markets
- Develop and implement marketing/sales plans
- Explore and manage collaboration with overseas companies
- Product line and revenue responsibility for specific product range/customer segment
- Support the Sales, Business & Channels Development leads in following up on project progresses and updates
- Deliver operating model improvements & develop and introduce relevant frameworks to identify and deliver opportunities (productivity, cost reduction, improved guest experience and guest engagement opportunities)
- Ensure set-up branding in local country
任職資格
- Minimum Degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent
- Relevant work experience in sales & marketing with at least 5 years of managerial experience, preferably within the travel industry
- With demonstrated success in strategy and record of accomplishment of delivering impactful programs/project outcomes
- Able to speak and write in English
- Excellent communication skills
- Well-converse in Microsoft Office, various technological systems, design process of business transformation and knowledge of system programming languages.
- Experience in working cross-functionality and across functions/culture to drive projects success and KPIs
