商务拓展经理（美国/泰国/新西兰/澳大利亚）
Business Development Manager（USA/Thai/NZL/澳大利亚）

岗位职责/ Position Responsibilities：
1.根据公司的战略发展方向，制定发展计划，寻求战略合作伙伴；
Formulate the business development plan, search strategic partner accordance with company development trending.

2.负责海外事业的拓展及跟进，包括选址、新门店开发等工作，与当地合作伙伴进行商务洽谈；
Responsible for overseas business development which including the office site selection, new branches develop etc., as well as contact overseas partners.

3.负责渠道的管理及维护，及时调整发展方向及营运；
Responsible for marketing management and development, adjust the business development direction and operation accordance with the actual condition.

4.搜集并分析同行业的市场信息，提出合理化建议。
Ability to Search and analysis the market information, and propose reasonable advice.

任职要求/ Position Requirement：

1.本科以上学历，男女不限，电子商务、市场营销、外语、旅游管理等相关专业优先；
Bachelor degree or above, the major in e-commerce, marketing, foreign language, tourism or relevance will be preferred.

2.1年以上BD工作经验，有项目洽谈及推进经验，互联网、旅游、外贸、租车服务行业经验优先；
More than one year experience in Business development, project negotiation or internet, tourism, international trading, car rental industry will be preferred

3.有驾照，对汽车领域有一定了解及兴趣者优先；
Possessed driver’s license, knowledgeable about automobile or interested in the field of automobile.

4.熟悉互联网及电子商务网站的运作模式，有较强的市场资源拓展能力；
Thorough Understanding the operation mode of internet and e-commerce, strong ability to develop market.

5.有良好的学习能力、逻辑思维，高度的团队合作精神，优秀的沟通技巧及强大的抗压能力；
Ability to learn fast, think logically, as well as working in a team, excellent in communication skill and having strong anti-pressure ability.

6.有敏锐的市场感知，把握市场动态和市场方向的能力；
Acute market sense, ability to correctly identify the market dynamic and marketing trending.

7.精通中文、英语或泰语，要有美国/泰国/新西兰/澳大利亚留学、工作、生活背景5年以上，精通一门及以上小语种者优先录取；
Expert in Chinese，English or Thai. Having studied, worked or lived in U.S.，NZL，AU or TH more than 5 years, able to speak minority language will be preferred.

8.美籍/泰籍/新西兰籍/澳大利亚籍华人优先考虑。
American Chinese，New Zealand Chinese，Thailand Chinese，Australia Chinese will be preferred.
