Job Description
Responsibilities:

Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve our Group’s long-term business goals and objectives
Explore, evaluate and capitalize on new business opportunities in Asian emerging markets, especially Vietnam
Act as a growth driver to execute sales & marketing programs to boost the market share of our business in assigned market segments
Establish significant relationship with potential clients, distributors, business partners and key stakeholders to promote our products and services
Closely partner with sales management and other functional teams in HK headquarters to ensure the strategic initiatives can be achieved on a timely basis
Keep track of local market trend & dynamics, competitive environment and build business intelligence


Requirements:

Bachelor Degree or above in Marketing / Business Administration / Engineering disciplines
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business development or product management, in which at least 3 years at management level gained from sizeable organizations or MNCs
Solid exposure in electronic / electrical product market
Strong business acumen, strategic thinking and financial sense
Good leadership, communication and influencing skills
Good command of spoken and written Vietnamese is a must
Proficient in English and / or Chinese
Stationed in Hong Kong and frequent travel is required
Candidate with less experience will be considered for the role of Business Development Executive
