We employ fantastic people…come join the fun! About Role: Business Development Manager - Visuals This is a key role within Indonesia Team aiming to grow Visual business in the country. This will in involve working with end user accounts and business partners and Lenovo Sales teams to plan, execute visual business growth and achieve volume, revenue and margin targets. Business Planning and Management • Responsible for setting up and expanding Standalone Visual business in Japan- distribution partners and resellers for both online and channel business. • Engage with Commercial team to ensure growth in Attach business: tracking Attach rate- Quote and Order load, customer meetings, responding to RFP’s. • The business plan will require to:     o Deliver on key metrics execution (Units/ Rev/GP/WOI/Aged inventory)     o Align with finance (planning / Monthly linearity / GTN execution)     o Co-ordinate with 4P for the Supply forecast & stocks availability.     o Quarterly/monthly/weekly business planning & execution including Sell out activities and stocks liquidation. • Build relationship with key Distributors & Business Partners: build and execute channel expansion and Sell thru programs. • Co-ordinate with marketing on brand development and visibility Quarterly & monthly execution of •Engage with Segment sales team, customers and business partners to win new Visuals business. •Drive partnerships with key distributors and business partners to expand Standalone business. Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews with key business partners and distributors. •Build segment wise focused growth initiatives along with Segment leads- lead and track execution. •Regular interlock with COM and CONS Sales teams to discuss SI/ST/SO, share of wallet update, key opportunities, customer feedback. •Prepare regular analysis on pricing, product offering vs. competition and ensure execution of required actions to enable continuous growth. •Alignment with Sales and Finance on the quarter outlook call outs- including weekly OL plans and execution. •Regular interlock with marketing team to develop and track Brand Awareness activities. #### Position Requirements: Experience and Skills: • Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales/ Channel management, with similar role at a major player in Japan market with an experience to design and implementation of business growth strategy. •Ability to maintain strong relationships along with strong business acumen, persistence, success oriented and metric driven will be key for this role. •Ability to build business plans basis detailed insights of market and competitive analysis. •Ability to work as a team and deliver well under tight timelines.
