BEYOND SCREEN Ltd is a startup technology company developing smart products in the kid’s education and entertainment sector. Our main offices are located in Beijing (Wangjing) with R&D and manufacturing facilities in Shenzhen.
The team at BEYOND SCREEN has developed BEYOND TABLET, an interactive game board platform targeting the educational toy market. BEYOND TABLET was recently nominated for the Innovation Award at this year’s 2017 CES in Las Vegas.
The company is preparing to launch a crowdfunding campaign on one of the major platforms for its BEYOND TABLET and is seeking a Business Development and Marketing Manager to promote the product and developing a strong online/offline presence and community.

Your Responsibilities:
• Develop deep knowledge of the product and its market
• Develop and maintain a social media presence and online community in view of a crowdfunding campaign launch for Q3/Q4 2017
• Develop new and existing sales channels overseas
• Engage with customers/consumers and understand their requirements
• Initiate, organize, coordinate and help develop strategic dialogue between the company and other organizations (e.g. strategic partners; distribution networks; media; industry/trade associations’).
• Represent the company at trade-shows and other industry events around the world.
Your Profile:
• Excellent English
• Proficient in Mandarin Chinese preferred
• College Degree
• Excellent project leadership skills
• Experienced or at least having a good understanding of how to conduct crowdfunding campaigns.
• Entrepreneurial
• Very structured with excellent analytical skills to be able to cope with a great variety and diversity of topics
• Pro-active working style to be able to initiate, set-up and drive topics independently
• Excellent teamwork and communications skills – both inside and outside the company.
• Highly organized, used to managing multiple projects to tight deadlines and with great attention to detail.
