Responsibilities：
1. Responsible for the expansion of relevant industry customers.
2. Establish and maintain long-term good cooperative relations with customers.
3. Provide customers with overseas recruitment solutions to achieve the greatest value for the customers and our company.
4. Make up the performance plan and achieve the objectives accordingly. And meet the overall performance requirements.
5. Communicate with overseas institutions.
6. Responsible for the recruitment of project negotiations, production, implementation and summary.
7. Other tasks assigned by the company.
Requirements:
1. Master degree or above with major in human resource, international relation, journalism&communication;, foreign language, education, computer science, accounting, law, finance, marketing, management or estate from a top-tier university.
2. Graduation region: America, Britain, Australia, Hong Kong, German, Japan or countries along the Belt and Road.
3. English fluency is a must.
Detailed requirements: IELTS 6.5, TOEFL 85, TOEIC 700 or equal and above level.
4. Convincing communication and commercial negotiation skills.
5. Skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint and giving presentations.
6. Coordination skills; good at thinking; strong execution of your duties; pursuit of excellence; entrepreneurial spirit.
7. Tolerance of business trip and high-intensity work pressure.
8. Interest in human resource and working experience aboard are preferred.
