True to the motto "Sustainability drives you and you drive sustainability", you are responsible for building sustainability as a business and a vertical/regional specific portfolio This task also includes marketing activities and the development of a go-to-market strategy You are part of interactions with associations and government & authorities on the subject of sustainability and continue to set up and lead a national team across various business units. Your tasks also include research, analysis and evaluation of sustainability related data, and create respective reports for all stakeholders concerned. It comprises of creation of concrete business plans, both internally and for customers, and the creation of business/contract and billing models. You build and leverage external stakeholder networks and partnership with global organizations. You drive agreed communication, information and training to strengthen sustainability awareness. You have successfully completed a degree in engineering and/or masters in business management, 8-10 yrs experience in the energy management business environment, ideally in the field of smart infrastructure, as well as experience in the digitization of business-critical, cross-functional processes, characterize you. You have already gained management experience with and without disciplinary authority. Furthermore, you can show good knowledge of working with cloud solutions and applications, development of apps etc. You have a good understanding of the portfolios of the SI and the associated business processes and have experience in working with different IT organizations and IT providers. You work in a structured, customer-oriented and independent manner by following, coordinating and prioritizing issues in a transparent manner.
