The incumbent would be responsible for development and maximization of profitable growth of ELV systems business and strategize business in the country for the long term. How do you craft the future through your incredible sales experience? . 1. You will represent Siemens in all sales / strategic activities and acts as interface between the Customers and Siemens. Also represent Siemens to Key Customers (incl. executive and senior management), partners (e.g. OEMs / System Integrators, EPCs, Resellers, Consultants, Competitors), Industry Associations, Developers and End Customers under your scope of responsibility. You will not only be the sales interface but also be the first point of contact to the customer for sales, execution, and service as well as acts as a catalyst to create customer intimacy and delight. 2. It will be your responsibility to understand own business area within Siemens and industry context. Clearly articulate the current competitive situation in the context of market opportunities and threats are also expected to be anticipated by you. You will help to conceptualizes key areas in which to focus one´s efforts in the next two years and how the customer perceives their own business relative to competition or market. Translate customer understanding into action and aligns own organization accordingly. 3. You must be able to anticipate evolving customer needs and address them with current/new products/services/solutions. You need to identify, develop and drive leads and opportunities across the defined geographies where needed; also work collaboratively with the respective Siemens organizations home and abroad. 4. Your scope of responsibility includes the implementation of the strategy, especially for share-of-wallet and regularly forecast based on YTD figures. Coordinate and moderate operative business. You will be the first point to the customer for execution interface and also for after sales service excellence, also as the point of contact for escalation. We don’t need superheroes, just super minds You must have a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from a reputable university. You bring 10+ Years of experience in the domain of ELV systems with hands on experience in project management as well as after sales service support. You should have adequate knowledge on existing market and competitors. Must have excellent communication and presentation skills both in Bengali and English with good networking skills to deal with internal/external and international stakeholders. Capable of working under pressure. Excellent collaboration and problem-solving approach Should have a good understanding of the relevant country’s geography and culture as well. Understand and speak local language is an added requirement. Well-versed with Office365 tools, MS Project and MS Office suit.
