RWS is looking for a Business Development Representative with 1-2 years of experience in Sales / Marketing to join its NASA (North America South America) commercial organization.

The Business Development team is our front line to identifying and engaging with our target audiences, allowing us to further develop world class experiences around our core solutions for many of the leading corporations in North America. Teaming up with the regional marketing team, the senior sales team and the solution consultants, the business development representative will provide insights, support planning and lead execution of both outbound sales plays and follow up of inbound engagements geared at our target markets and audiences. The main objectives will be to generate leads for the sales team by establishing relationships and developing a consultative approach, as well as closing some deals when relevant.

With an eager mindset and a can do attitude, the business development representative will be joining our commercial organization with the ambition to become our next sales rock star. From developing creative outreach tactics and best practices, to acquire in depth knowledge on software and services, the business development team is the place to foster the future best sales individuals in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, prepare and execute outbound programs leveraging all available resources (Outreach, Sales Navigator, Zoominfo)
  • Follow-up on Marketing qualified leads from Marketing led programs to turn interest into meaningful conversations
  • Gather insights from the market but also on the efficiency of our marketing messaging and recommend necessary improvements
  • Continuously monitoring best practices in the market with the objective to build a thought leader and innovative inside sales team
  • Support senior sales representative in their account based prospecting efforts on both planning and execution
  • Support our Strategic Account directors as well as our production teams with contacting our existing clients with specific sets of offering and promotions
  • Keep the lead on an established set of potential deals, in order to develop closing capabilities on smaller size deals to later on move to close enterprise sized deals

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of relevant business development experience, ideally in a tech B-to-B environment
  • Team player willing to grow collectively and support all direct colleagues and support functions, yet eager to stand out as a performing individual
  • Ambitious to grow into a senior sales or marketing role as the next step
  • Social and striving in creating meaningful relations, empathetic and proactive listener
  • Strong interpersonal skills, can do attitude with a will to lead initiatives and think out of the box, and a strong sense of commitment to deliver on promises.
