We are currently seeking a Business Development Sales to join our sales office in Shanghai.

Job Responsibility

The qualified candidate should have strong design in and new business development capability. Able to find and lock the opportunity tightly, turn the design-in result to revenue eventually across KEMET product lines in the automotive, industrial, consumer electronics and medical markets etc. The responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Cooperate with distributor to develop new customer and business. Not only take charge of technical portion but also commercial portion to win this business in whole process. Grow the customers to a kind of level.
  • Take charge of design-in activity in the R&D center which can generate the revenue across the regions.
  • Participate and present KEMET products solution in the technical seminars, get the leads for design in opportunity through this activity.
  • Systematically manage all design-in activity and update the progress to the customer

Job Requirements

  • BS in Electronic Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 3-year experiences relating to Field Application Engineering for passive components. Experience for Magnetic products is preferred.
  • Experience in Marketing or Hardware R&D is a plus
  • Good presentation skill, strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
  • Outgoing personality and effective interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, Self-study, Results-driven. Not only can work independently but also a team player.
  • Requires >40% of travel time
