Primary Responsibilities:
As part of the business development team, your main work will be recruitment.
The objective you’ll be focusing mainly on is expanding and promoting our foreign talent network situated locally.

- Through this talent pool, we develop solutions with our partners and help them generate measurable value tailored to their business.
It includes :
- Researching foreign talents by the use of internet searches, prospection, networking or social 
media
- Building relationship and evaluating each profile and business models (viability and potential)
- Keeping update and nurturing ongoing relationship once integrated to the talent network

Qualifications :
- Recruiting-related experience, talent sourcing experience, or digital lead generation. Ability to craft engaging outreach messages to attract passive talent.
- HR recruiting background
- Native level English is required, Ability to speak Russian (required)
- A strong communicator, capable of engaging with people from all backgrounds.
