We are looking for candidates who are passionate to digital marketing. Candidates will be transferred to Business Development or Operations Team after a 6-month to 1-year on-the-job training programme.

Responsibilities include:

• Conduct market research and analysis to develop new business insights;
• Identify new clients and perform outbound call selling on our digital marketing consultancy service via phone;
• Handle enquiries and provide service information to corporate clients in a professional manner;
• Provide support to Business Development Team.

Requirements:

• Passionate to digital marketing;
• Diploma or above; education background in marketing/ advertising or related discipline will be an advantage;
• At least 1 year of working experience;
• Experience in call center/ B2B customer service is an advantage;
• Proficient in both written and oral Chinese and English;
• Excellent organizational and communication skills;
• High level of customer centric mentality; able to work in a fast-paced environment;
• Outstanding candidates will be promoted to Business Development Executive/ Manager after completing on-the-job-training programme.
