Make contacts international companies and identify the number of expats in or going to move to Shanghai and their housing budget.
To present our service to those companies to acquire potential clients
To successfully convince client’s companies to use our services, as their exclusive agents
Maintain and update database information based on presentations made
Maintain close relationship with clients companies
Utilize your individual skills and abilities (languages, IT, networking etc) to help us win prospective Clients
Provide Training to Chinese employee to enhance company's service level
Follow up with our clients to find out our service competance before during and after our services
To Provide City Orientation services when needed
To make positive and practical suggestions to company's business development in annual/seasonal review


REQUIREMENTS

Familiar with WOFE companies and their working process
At least 2 years of relevant working experiences
Familiar with Shanghai and expats' group
Target Driven
Excellent communication skills (including on the phone, at meetings and giving presentations)
Outgoing personality
Self-motivated, independent and able to take initiative
Past Sales Experience a plus
